Refunds and Cancellations

Course access is granted upon receipt of payment. Refunds are granted upon request within 14 days or course consumption of less than 20% of the course lessons.  To request a refund, you must use the messaging in your course menu.

Certifications

Certification access is granted upon receipt of payment. Refunds are NOT granted for attempted certification attempts whether you pass of fail.  No refunds are granted for certifications.
